PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is more than a modeling opportunity — it’s a creative development experience designed for emerging models, creators, and community leaders. Participants gain access to workshops, volunteer events, brand collaborations, and portfolio-building experiences — all leading up to two major events: Winter 2025 “Jungle” Swim & Resort Showcase (mini fashion show & creative social) Spring 2026 Fashion Show & Concert (our full-scale annual showcase)Whether you’re a model interested in walking the runway or a creator interested in content, media, and brand work — you’ll find opportunities for growth, collaboration, and visibility - and you’re guaranteed to be a part of both of our biggest events this year! Participation in major showcases is guaranteed unless you choose to opt out.
WHY WE UPDATED OUR PROGRAM
After reflecting on our community’s needs, we realized Ho‘okahi had grown beyond a traditional casting model. We expanded our program to include creators, photographers, content strategists, and community volunteers who want to develop professional skills alongside modeling and fashion.This update allows every participant to explore confidence, communication, creativity, and career enrichment in a supportive environment.
ENROLLMENT CONTRIBUTION
$25 per participant (ages 5+)Non-refundable — this helps us cover venue fees, educational materials, and supplies for complimentary workshops and events.

We believe every participant deserves both experience and tangible skill development. Our Scholarship Program trains you in communication, pitching, and professional outreach — skills you can use in any career.
How it works:
Receive a training pamphlet & video at orientation
Attend our sponsorship & sales workshops (in person or via Zoom)
Practice online or in-person brand outreach with our team’s support - You must reach out to three brands! don’t worry - we will coach you on how to properly reach out to a brand as a model or creator. This skill is essential to your future career as a creative - you’vr gotta put yourself out there!
Outcomes: Build professional confidence & communication skills
Influence event venues, brand partnerships, and production decisions
Add sales, PR, and marketing experience to your résumé
DESIGNER & CREATOR DISCLAIMER
Our team provides training, opportunities, and exposure — but final casting decisions for designer features are made by each brand. However, creators who are not walking will still have opportunities to participate through media, social content, brand ambassadorships, styling, backstage assistance, or event production.
